My GPS took me the Exact route I went when I went into labor A year ago today!

Same exit as the hospital and everything 😳

I had

Soo many flashbacks 😬

So many emotions😫

I didn’t know I suppressed showed up 🙃

I found myself at a nude beach and it felt so symbolic of how I felt emotionally

⚡️Vulnerable, Exposed a little judged and embarrassed 🙈

N I sat with this…wrapped my arms around myself and reminded myself I was Okayyy

And I realized

This is my work!!!

✨Sitting with all the uncomfortable and confronting feelings

And accepting them as part of the journey

No it won’t feel Good all the time

And

maybe I’ll feel like crying more than smiling but..
