Mdm Lee was my maternal grandma, who passed in late 2009 or early 2010. Miss Wong is her daughter & sister of my mother. Auntie Florence was the one who attended my grandma’s funeral in Malaysia and had her ashes transported to Canada. When Auntie Florence is cremated, her ashes will be placed next to my grandma’s. My ma’s niche is beside this one. I haven’t made arrangements for my passing. FYI this is in the same cemetery as the remains of Alissa Lam (who died at the Cecil Hotel).

Ever see those DVDs of films with commentary from the actors watching it? I watched the one for Hellboy 2: The Golden Army. Well, I'm giving my commentary for the fist two chapters of my third novel, The Other Side Of Life.

FYI from December till February next year, the content on this site will be mainly book-related. I've just realized Christmas is around the corner and it's going to be a crazy busy time.

This place was taken in Claymore Place, not far from Lougheed Mall. I spent the Christmas of 1987 here, with my aunt’s family, and that was when I had the dream that seeded my second novel, The Servants Of Need. In this edited photo, taken in 2020, I’m trying to capture what it looks like on the planet on which my sci-fi story is set.
