Made myself a cup of hot chocolate with goat’s milk before heading out to work last night. Decided to try it because Troy Casey (certifiedhealthnut on IG) said it was better for you than cow’s milk. It’s got a sort tang to it, but it *is* WAY easier on the stomach.

I’m actually 159cm, sometimes a little over. I entered a lower number for my height to seem less underweight than I’d become by September 2019. It was the catharsis of intensely embodying a character from my second novel for a two-week period.
