Instead of doing absolutely nothing, I practiced guitar a little. Behavioral activation. I cant tell if going off antidepressants is a good idea or not. The side effects of antidepressants are literally the same as symptoms of depression, so like what the fuck. I haven't posted here much, or at least weird interesting things, and I feel bad about that. So to get back into it, here's a bad video. But hey, I made it. Doing things badly is the first step. I remembered how to play the little bass melody to Night Windows, and remembered that To Be Alone With You is a song I like to play. I forgot about the other night when I was playing guitar late on chaturbate, and it was driving me nuts.
