Since the beginning of this journey, I gave myself little to no time for self care. In all honesty, this took a toll on me and I needed a break meaning totally disconnecting from my phone and my online presence. These are challenging time for everyone around us and we need to listen to our mind, body and soul when it’s telling us to slow it down and think of ourselves. I know we all are here for the nudes and the fun, but I felt like it was important to take the time to open up and talk about how I have been feeling. On a positive note, I am glad I was able to re-energize and re-focus.
